This section is dedicated to Bloesembar’s past journey where humble beginnings have made way to the new path that is Forêt Atelier. Originally tampering into the creative catering sector of food, Blosembar pushed techniques, concepts and experimented in various ways to provide a sensory experience which made her guests look differently towards the food they were about to eat.
